Terms of Service

Effective 1 July 2026. By using AnywhereGo you accept these terms.

Plain English: browse, plan, and book curated group trips through us. When you click a "Find hotels" or "Find flights" button, you leave our site and enter a partner's site (like EaseMyTrip) — their terms then apply for that booking. We keep your data safe, honest, and never spring hidden charges.

1. Who we are

2. What we offer

Curated group trips — itineraries we design and operate through vetted local partners. When you book, we (or our named operator partner) become your service provider for that trip.
Group Trip Planner — a free tool to shortlist destinations, invite friends, and split budgets.
Affiliate deal links — buttons on trip pages that redirect you to partner travel sites (currently EaseMyTrip via Cuelinks). If you book on those sites we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
"Plan my trip" lead form — email us your requirements; a human replies.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Provide accurate information. We rely on it to reach you about your trip.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us immediately at hello@anywherego.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may delete your account at any time. See Privacy Policy.

4. Pricing and payments

Prices shown on trip pages are all-in for the listed inclusions. Taxes and our fee are already inside the number. We do not add platform fees at checkout.
Exclusions (flights, personal shopping, alcohol, tips) are listed on every trip page before you book.
Currency toggle is a display convenience. The final invoice is issued in Indian Rupees.
Payment schedule (deposit, balance) is stated on your booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation, changes and refunds

6. Affiliate deal links (very important)

When you click "Find hotels" or "Find flights" on a trip page, we redirect you to a partner site through Cuelinks tracking. From that moment:

The partner site's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
The booking is between you and the partner, not us. We are not the booking agent for that transaction.
Any refund, cancellation, or complaint about that booking must be raised with the partner's customer support.
We may earn a commission from the partner if you book. This does not affect the price you pay.

7. Content you submit

Reviews, planner comments, and messages you send us must be your own, lawful, non-abusive, and not misleading. We can remove content that breaks these rules. You keep ownership of what you submit; we get a limited licence to display it on the site while your account is active.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass the rate limits or captcha on our forms.
Do not scrape, mirror, or automate access to the site without written permission.
Do not use AnywhereGo for anything illegal.

9. Availability and warranty

We do our best to keep the site up and accurate, but the site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that specific trip inventory will remain available. Partner-site content, prices, and availability change without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or a curated trip we operate is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g. missed connections, weather closures). We are not liable at all for issues arising from affiliate partner bookings — those are between you and the partner.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Grievance officer contact: hello@anywherego.in. We respond within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change; material updates will be notified to signed-in users on next visit.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
